JSX and private aircraft at Scottsdale Airport

Before Arrival
Our reservations team coordinates flight and pickup details with you. Share the tail number, landing time, passenger count, and luggage quantity. When a flight or tail number is provided, we can track the flight when that information is publicly available.
The meeting point is confirmed before arrival with the passenger, executive assistant, flight department, or FBO contact. The correct location depends on the flight and facility.
After Landing
Your chauffeur meets you at the location authorized by the aviation facility. Planeside access is available only when permitted and arranged in advance.
FBOs and Private Aviation Facilities
We coordinate pickups throughout Scottsdale Airport’s private aviation community and at Phoenix Sky Harbor’s on-airport FBOs. Share the operator or facility with your reservation and we will confirm the meeting plan before arrival.
