When you request a quote, book travel, or contact us, we collect information needed to respond and arrange service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, flight details, passenger count, itinerary, company information, billing information, and service preferences.
You may also provide information about other passengers or special requirements. Share only the information needed to arrange the trip and ensure you are authorized to provide it. Do not send full payment-card details through a general inquiry form or email.
Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookies used by the website or booking tools.
How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes, arrange and confirm reservations, coordinate pickups, communicate trip changes, respond to requests, process payments, provide receipts, and resolve service issues. Marketing texts require any separate consent required by law. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also call 480-914-7677 or email reservations@scottsdaleblackcar.com. After an opt-out, we will honor your request, subject to any confirmation or communication permitted by law. For active reservations, we may use another lawful contact method such as email or phone.
