Vehicle planning
Smaller groups often travel in executive SUVs. Larger parties use a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 14 passengers so everyone can stay together. Luggage capacity depends on party size and bag dimensions; confirm requirements when booking.
When one vehicle is not enough, multiple SUVs or a mix of SUV and Sprinter can be coordinated on the same booking. Vehicle class and timing are confirmed when you reserve.
Families
Child Seats in SUVs and Sprinters
Infant, rear-facing toddler, forward-facing toddler and booster seats can be requested in our executive SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. Families do not have to travel with and carry their own seats through the airport or resort.
Share each child’s age and weight when you reserve so the correct seat is confirmed before pickup. Child seats can be requested when booking—they are not offered in sedans.
Hourly or Point-to-Point
Hourly service fits when the schedule may change, the group has several stops, or the chauffeur should remain nearby—dinners, golf, events, shopping, and flexible same-day plans.
Point-to-point works when pickup and departure times are firm and there is a meaningful gap between them—an airport arrival followed by a settled afternoon at the resort, for example. Share the outline of the day and we will help choose the pattern.
