Drug & Alcohol Policy

Scottsdale Black Car has zero tolerance for driver drug or alcohol use while providing or available to provide passenger transportation.

To report suspected impairment, call 480-914-7677 or email reservations@scottsdaleblackcar.com. Include the trip date and time, pickup location, driver or vehicle details if known, and a description of your concern. Call 911 if there is an immediate emergency.

On receiving a passenger complaint alleging a violation, we immediately suspend the driver’s access to company vehicles for hire while we investigate. A confirmed violation results in permanent prohibition from accessing those vehicles. We maintain enforcement records as required by Arizona law.
